Gas Infusion Technology And Sanitation: is a patented process for delivering fixed amounts of Chlorine Dioxide gas in the environment to be decontaminated. This technology provides fast and effective on-site biological decontamination eliminating pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, and moulds on surfaces and in the air.
The key feature of the GITASAN process is the use of a fixed amount of Stabilised Chlorine Dioxide solutions activated by a proprietary Rainbow Activator DRA2 to produce a predictable volume of gas.
Chlorine Dioxide gas is a potent oxidiser and sanitising agent with a short half-life which makes it ideal to decontaminate without leaving potentially harmful residues.
IN COMPLIANCE WITH NSF/ANSI 49-2008:
G.7 Recommended microbiological decontamination procedure
Surface decontaminate accessible work surfaces with either chlorine dioxide or formaldehyde. Rinse work surfaces with water and then wipe dry.
Validated Method according to G.7.3.2.1 - Fixed amount of C.D.
